Arkansas Business: Rush Harding IV to Lead Memphis Investment Firm’s Expansion to Little Rock

Carty & Co. announced that Rush “Buddy” Harding IV will be exiting the firm his father co-founded and leading Carty & Co.’s expansion into Little Rock as a senior vice president and director of the market. Under Buddy’s leadership in Little Rock, Carty & Co. plans to expand its retail, institutional and public financing. Buddy considered purchasing smaller firms but decided the arrangement with Carty and its business model suited him best.
